Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

Location: Peoria, Illinois
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius

Requirements

Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or proof that the application process has been started
BLS Certification
Must comply with a drug-free workplace policy and produce a negative drug screen for all panels
Submission requires last four digits of SSN, middle initial, and requested time off

Additional Information

Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
Call-off policy allows up to 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty or shift payment obligation
Work schedule includes 20 hours Thursday/Friday at one location and 20 hours Saturday/Sunday at another within the area

Note: This position is for local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
