Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
- Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
Required Health Documents
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask record required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
- Tdap vaccination or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and COVID documentation or declinations as applicable
Required Screening / Compliance
- Background check within 90 days of start
- E-Verify attestation
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
- State patrol search required for Washington and border facility placements only

- Annual regulatory training modules may apply depending on specialty and assignment type
