Dialysis Manager

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Onsite position
13-week contract
Manager role with flexible hours
Participates in an after-hours leadership on-call rotation every 3rd week, including weekend coverage

Key Responsibilities

Lead the apheresis program
Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
2 years of dialysis experience
Dialysis experience within the last year
FACT accreditation
Apheresis experience
Experience in manager roles
Background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy
Experience working with pediatric patients
