Overview

Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 3x12s, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
Weekly hours: 36
First-time travelers accepted: Yes

Schedule Expectations

Up to 4 on-call shifts per month
Up to 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks
At least 1 holiday period must be worked
Floating within scope and between like units/sister facilities is required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Operating Room experience within the last year
1 year of Operating Room experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Experience

Scrub experience

Additional Notes

Block scheduling may be approved based on unit needs
Local candidates are accepted on a case-by-case basis if within 60 miles
Hurricane season assignments may include emergency response team duties
Parking requires a hang tag registration fee; additional parking fees may apply outside the designated garage
