Schedule

8-hour day shifts
Monday through Friday
Weekend rotation
On-site

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
2 years of Case Management experience
Case Management experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Acute hospital case management experience
Competency with MCG and InterQual
Utilization review experience
Ability to drive stay progression and complete discharge planning in a manner that expedites patients transition to the next level of care
Utilization Review (InterQual)

Preferred

Certification in Case Management

Key Responsibilities

Utilization review
Comprehensive patient assessment to support discharge planning
Stay progression and discharge planning
Collaboration with the care team
Documentation in Epic

Additional Details

May float to other units or floors while performing the same case management role
Uses MCG and InterQual
Local travelers within 50 miles are subject to a reduced rate
Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment
8 hours of non-billable orientation
Business casual dress code with white lab coat or eggplant-colored scrubs
Close-toed shoes required
