Ultrasound Technician (Diagnostic Imaging) - Contract

Location: Albany, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days/varied, every weekend
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Work within Diagnostic Imaging using advanced imaging technologies including X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CT Scan, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and PET-CT scans.
Provide imaging services that support fast and accurate diagnosis for healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications

Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
ARDMS credentials, including specialties in Abdomen and OB/GYN
Experience as an OB/GYN Sonographer
Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Additional Information

Candidates should be prepared to provide availability for interviews.
Weekend work is required as part of the schedule.

Schedule was atrocious especially night shift. Significant amount of floating to the ER as helping hands or a sitter.
