Facility Details
- 51 beds
- Ratios: 2 nurses per days and 1 overnight nurse
- Common diagnosis / types of patients: Dementia/geriatrics
Schedule
- Days and nights
- Mostly 12-hour shifts, with some 8-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
Orientation
- 2 hours with LEAD team, then 1-2 shifts on the floor with another staff
Additional Notes
- EMR: PCC
- No on call or call back available or billable
- Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur a $500 fee
- Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing at additional cost
