• Department: Cardiac Cath Lab (Interventional Cardiology)
• Number of Openings: 1
• Float Requirements: Interventional Radiology (on occasion)
• Number of Beds: 90
• Patient Population: Adult
• Equipment: GE Fluoroscopy, transitioning to CHANGE for hemodynamics
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner
• Procedures Covered: Cath lab, stress testing, transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE), tilt table testing
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Coronary artery disease (CAD)
• Required Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Interventional Cardiology/Cardiac Cath Lab)
• Preferred Skills: Experience with manifold systems, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), fractional flow reserve (FFR), intravascular lithotripsy (IVL), Impella device, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), pre/post unit care
• Personality Fit: Team player
• Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

• This role requires flexibility to float to Interventional Radiology occasionally
• On-call availability is required for more than 12 days during the contract
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
