- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3x12 hour shifts (7pm-7:30am / 7am-7:30pm), rotating day/night shifts with potential float to other units (J1-2, J33, ED) caring for similar patient populations.
Job Description
- Work primarily on the HVTI-Stepdown unit with potential to float to related units.
- Must work at least every other holiday.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate medication administration exam required during orientation; passing scores required.
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or progressive care experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum 1.5 years of Stepdown nursing experience.
- Stepdown nursing experience within the last year.
- ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- NIHSS Stroke Certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
