NICU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in New Jersey
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience working with Neonate patients

Schedule and Assignment Details

• Floating required within five hospitals based on need
• No block scheduling
• No on-call
• Every other weekend required
• One winter holiday and one summer holiday required
• Patient ratio: 1:2

Additional Notes

• First-time travelers are accepted, but not preferred
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Epic experience is preferred
• RTO must be submitted at time of application; post-submission RTO is not accepted
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the hospital are subject to a lower local rate
