• Day shift, 3x12 hours
• 10:00–22:00
• 36 hours per week
• Every third weekend
• No call
• No float

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• TNCC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years, including all aliases
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Iowa SING memorandum of understanding
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter certification
• Code of conduct acknowledgment
• Confidentiality and access to information agreement
• Parking policy acknowledgment
• COVID-19 employee health attestation
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• TB screening or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity or vaccination
• Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
• Varicella immunity or vaccination
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• Latex allergy screening
