Overview
- Travel/contract role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 48 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- No floating
- No on-call
- No block scheduling
- First-time travelers accepted
- RTO required upon submission
- Navy blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Pass/fail basic dysrhythmia exam during orientation
- Pharmacology competency exam within 1 year of start
- 2 professional references within 2 years of start
- Unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Background check, education verification, and required Pennsylvania state checks must be completed before start
- Physical exam within 2 months of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start, completed before start
- Current Tdap
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire annually
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
- Drug screen within 60 days prior to start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- COVID vaccination exemption documentation may be required if applicable
- Skills checklist for the applicable unit
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Modules must be completed before orientation
