ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Stillwater, Oklahoma
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Float to medical-surgical and emergency departments as census requires
• Weekends and holidays on rotation

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule

• 36 hours per week

• Background check with all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years, cleared before start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM

• NURSYS verification
• Primary source license verification
• 2 professional references from within the past 3 years

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Current COVID vaccination or COVID declination form
• Flu vaccination documentation or flu declination form
• Passport-style photo for badge
• HealthStream modules and facility orientation materials completed before start
