Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Richmond, Virginia
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Rotating day off between Monday and Wednesday
- Locals are allowed at the same rate
- Start date options listed: 8/3 or 8/17
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology experience within the last year
- 1 year of oncology experience
- PALS
- Experience with Epic
- 2 references required
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify / I-9 attestation
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- HIPAA acknowledgement
- Color blind testing
- Abuse reporting competency
- Physical exam within 1 year
- Tdap vaccine or declination
- TB screening and TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers
- Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
- Drug screening within 60 days of start
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption, depending on season
- Complete application/resume required
Orientation / Onboarding Notes
- Pharmacology exam, point-of-care testing, and airborne precaution mask fitting are given at orientation
- Modules are assigned during orientation and must be completed by the Friday of orientation week
