Schedule
- Rotating day/night shifts, 3x12 hours
- May be asked to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED for the same patient population
- Must work at least every other holiday
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1.5 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
Additional Hiring/Onboarding Requirements
- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation, with acceptable scores required
- Background check
- Fingerprinting
- Education verification
- 2 references from employment within 1 year of start
- Employment application with 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area
- Skills checklist
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination/documentation
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Eye exam within 1 year of start
- BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation

- Shift times may be adjusted based on hospital operational needs
- Facility will try to honor preferred shift when possible
