  • Must be willing to float if needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Arizona
  • Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
  • Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Notes

  • No more than 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract
  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply
