Provide comprehensive nursing care on a Geropsychiatric Unit, including:

Assessing, monitoring, and reporting patient symptoms and condition changes
Maintaining accurate patient reports and medical histories
Performing mental and physical assessments
Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
Assisting patients with daily activities
Managing therapeutic milieu activities such as daily groups, education, and one-on-one sessions
Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams
Completing individualized treatment plans upon admission and ongoing
Planning, implementing, and coordinating nursing care activities
Conducting therapies aligned with patient diagnoses and needs
Providing efficient discharge planning and documentation

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
Minimum 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
CPI certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
Employer reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract
