Overview
- Location: Vail, Colorado
- Employment type: Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary
- Provides nursing care for antepartum, labor, recovery, postpartum, well newborn, and Level 2 Nursery patients.
- Supports lactation education and family-centered care.
- Collaborates with providers and care team members to support patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Post Partum (1 year of experience)
- Post Partum experience within the last year
- BLS
- NRP
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursery experience
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming patient requests
- Educate patients to support care plans and informed healthcare choices
- Delegate care according to Colorado statute
- Perform assessments, administer medications, provide treatments, and assist in procedures
- Manage high-volume patient calls for medications, information, and assistance
- Coordinate care with physicians and other practices
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow HIPAA requirements
