RN - Med Surg

Location

  • Hermitage, Tennessee

Job Type

  • Travel
  • 36 hours per week
  • 13 weeks

Unit Details

  • Medical-surgical unit
  • 33 beds
  • Patient ratio: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights
  • Staffing includes 3 techs per shift and unit secretaries on day shift
  • Uses Meditech for documentation
  • Equipment includes IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs

Schedule and Float

  • Every other weekend
  • Floats in rotation to other appropriate areas as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Tennessee
  • Med Surg (2 years of experience)
  • Med Surg experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
