Patient ratio: 6:1
Common procedures: Knee and hip replacements; multi-level spine surgeries
Staffing support: Unit secretary, PCTs, Navigator
Equipment used: Coolers, walkers, SCDs, CPMs
Documentation system: Meditech
Floating: Rotation
Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Patient experience requirement: 72%

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Orthopedics (2 years of experience)
Orthopedics experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
