Overview

Travel RN position in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required

Setting and patient population

Inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
59-bed hospital
11 beds are in a locked neuro unit
Cares for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injury, and other severe injuries or illnesses

Required qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
Acute Care experience

Preferred experience

Rehab or acute care experience

Work expectations

Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6 to 1:7
No call required

Joint Commission certified
Stroke and Brain Injury certified/programs
CARF certified
