Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Travel Opportunity - Florida, Kissimmee

Position Overview

• Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Employment Type: Travel
• Location: Kissimmee, Florida
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36 hours

Unit Information

• Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Rooms: 2 Cath Lab rooms, 1 Electrophysiology (EP) room, 1 Hybrid room
• Staffing: Approximately 10 staff members (RNs and Techs on day shift; on-call night shift)
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: GE systems
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): MacLab and Meditech

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Cath Lab Tech Certification

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in invasive cardiac procedures is required
• Strong critical thinking skills and a hardworking attitude are highly valued

Work Schedule & Dress Code

• Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Hospital-provided surgical scrubs required
