Nights
12-hour shifts
48 hours per week

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
OR Circulate experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ability to circulate for C-sections
Ability to triage for OB
Labor and Delivery experience

Education

Nursing Diploma, or ADN/ASN from an accredited school of Nursing

Job Summary

Provides clinical nursing care in a hospital setting
Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
Works under the Nurse Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities

Assesses patients and families, including readiness to learn and discharge needs
Plans and updates care with patients, families, and multidisciplinary resources
Implements care for patients with complex physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs
Performs bedside point-of-care testing as needed
Participates in interdisciplinary care evaluation and unit performance improvement
Promotes a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
