Overview
- Role: Labor Delivery Recovery PP RN
- Location: Richmond, Kentucky
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (1 year of experience)
- LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous nursing experience
- BSN
Role Summary
- Provides direct patient care on the unit, including nursing rounds, assessments, treatments, admission/transfer/discharge support, patient and family education, and care coordination
- Performs comprehensive assessments, develops and implements care plans, delegates appropriately, and monitors patient response to care
- Participates in unit-based activities and quality improvement efforts
