Overview
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Adult medical/surgical inpatient care, including orthopedics, neurosurgical, and level 1 trauma patients
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license with permanent licensure; temporary licenses are not accepted
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 2-step TB test with negative reads within the last 6 months, or acceptable IGRA option
- MMR immunity documentation or acceptable booster/titer history
- Varicella immunity documentation or acceptable booster/titer history
- Hepatitis B series, partial series, or signed declination as allowed in the source
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year of start
- Physical exam / health statement completed within 1 year of start
- Education verification
- Employment verification within the last 5 years
- Competency exam
