Assignment Details

• Travel/contract role
• 12-week contract
• Night shift, 3x12 hours
• 36 hours per week
• Neonates to pediatrics patient population
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia
• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Experience working with Neonate patients
• Experience working with High Risk patients
• Umbilical cord gases experience
• Draeger equipment experience
• Servo I equipment experience
• Pulmonary toileting
• BiPAP experience
• CPAP experience
• Trach collar experience
• Surfactant administration
• Experience with Epic

Work Setting / Expectations

• Floating within the facility, including adult care, and possibly to a sister campus
• Every other weekend
• On-call may be available during volume variation
• Must work assigned major holidays as scheduled
• Hunter green scrubs
