Job Details

Specialty: Operating Room (Pediatric Cardiac)
Shift: 10-hour day shift (06:45 - 15:15)
Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekend rotation: No
On call: Optional
Floating: Optional floating to adult cardiac surgery
Number of ORs: 8 total

Patient Population

Pediatric patients with congenital cardiac anomalies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Operating Room nursing
WA state or compact RN license
BLS certification
Expertise in circulating pediatric cardiac cases required
Scrub experience in pediatric cardiac cases preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred

Scrub color provided
First-time travelers not considered for this role
Compliance with standard healthcare documentation, immunizations, background checks, and certifications required (e.g., flu documentation, core competencies, criminal background check, drug screen, HIPAA, physical exam, immunizations including Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP)
