Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position
Location: Springfield, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 32 (weekend hours as needed)
Call Requirements: None
Unit & Patient Population
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) within an acute care hospital
- 27 beds
- Patient population: adults and older adults
- Nursing patient ratio: 1:5
- Common diagnoses treated: CVA, SCI, TBI, neurodegenerative diseases, polytrauma, amputation, cardiac, general medical, orthopedic
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Work Environment & Equipment
- Equipment includes overhead lifts in patient rooms, portable Hoyer lifts, Sera Stedy, Biodex balance system, Wii, pressure mapping, trial AFOs, and trial wheelchairs
- Electronic Health Record system: Epic/CareConnect
Additional Information
- No required certifications beyond licensure
- No float or call requirements
- Dress code: any scrub color or business casual; jeans are not acceptable
