Overview

Travel RN position in Colorado
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

Preferred Qualifications

Cardiac experience
ICU experience
NIH certification
Prior Meditech experience

Unit Details

45-bed medical unit
Typical staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 9-10 RNs, and 4-5 MSTs on both day and night shifts
Patient ratio is 4-5 on days and nights
Common equipment includes lifts, dynamap, and cardiac monitoring equipment

Cardiac drips and cardiac catheters
Chest tube management
Wound care
TPN/lipids
