Overview
- Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day, 8-hour shifts, 06:30–15:00
- Schedule: Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
- Unit staffing: 1 RN per hall; med tech per hall; CNA ratio 1:8–10 on days and 1:20 on nights
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Role Details
- Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN units
