• Location: West Des Moines, Iowa
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Schedule: No weekends, no call

Role Summary

• Perform cardiac CT and vascular CT

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Iowa
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
• MMR documentation
• Fit test
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot), or chest x-ray if positive
• Varicella documentation
• Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
• Drug screen completed before start
• Tdap within the past 10 years

• Iowa criminal history, sex offender, dependent adult, and child abuse registry check
