Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours per week: 40
Local candidates: Allowed
First-time travelers: Not accepted
Scheduling: Block scheduling allowed; staff self-schedule unless staffing gaps need to be filled

Valid RN license in Missouri
Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ability to read and interpret telemetry
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Management of cardiac arrest and dysrhythmias
Angina management
Post-cardiac surgery patient care
Post-MI patient care
Post-vascular surgery patient care

Cardiac rehab
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Management of cardiac arrest and dysrhythmias
Telemetry monitoring on unit
Experience with angina, hypertension, post-cardiac surgery, post-MI, and post-vascular surgery care
Blood glucose monitoring
Diabetic teaching
Fall risk assessment and prevention
Infection prevention
Pain assessment and management
Patient teaching
