Labor and Delivery

Role Overview

Travel/Contract Registered Nurse assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia.
13-week night shift assignment.
36 or 48 hours per week.
Cross-train to Mother/Baby and may float to NICU (feeders/grower).

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Experience with Epic

Schedule

Every other holiday
Every other weekend
Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays

Private Labor Rooms: 8
Private Triage Beds: 4
OB Operating Rooms: 2
Low Risk includes certified nurse midwife population
High Risk includes maternal fetal medicine
