Schedule
- Night shift
- 4x12 hours
- 19:00–7:30
- Every other weekend required
- 50/50 rotation of 7p/7a
- Straight nights also accepted
- Must be willing to work winter holidays
Role Details
- 2 years of experience required as a PICU RN
- Recent ICU experience in a high-acuity critical care setting required
- Float as needed to other ICUs: MICU, NICU, CICU
- First-timers not accepted
- EPIC experience required
- Locals accepted within 50 miles of the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a Critical Care setting
- Experience with Epic
