Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP
Unit: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Shift: Monday to Friday, morning shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Weekend Requirement: As needed
Equipment: ACP equipment available
EMR/Charting Systems: Nethealth and PCC (training provided for DOR/ADOR)
Dress Code: No acrylic nails, no head coverings unless for religious reasons, no Crocs or open-toed shoes

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
