Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Surgical Services
• Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts of 12 hours each (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week for 3x12 shifts
• Floating: Required to float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities
• Locals accepted at same rate
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• Smoke-free facility: All travelers must be nicotine-free (negative 10-panel drug screen + nicotine/cotinine test required)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) or NBSTSA certification required

Certifications (as applicable)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemo, EFM certifications required only for specific units (not applicable for OR Tech)
• National certification verification required within 30 days of start (preferred for CST/CVOR Tech)
