- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- 1 year of Operating Room experience
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- CVOR experience

Role Overview
- Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, and care coordination
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
- Delegates appropriately and oversees team members in patient care activities
- Participates in quality improvement activities and supports unit-based organizational priorities
