Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Schedule

Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
40 hours per week
No weekend requirement
No on-call required

Patient Load & Case Types

Average 6-7 patients per day
Types of cases include Start of Care (SOC), follow-ups, etc.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Minimum 2 years of Home Health nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation systems

Additional Details

Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate for travel within a 50-75 mile radius from home clinic
Local candidates accepted
Dress code: Scrubs or business casual
Charting done via HCHB and OASIS systems
First-time travel nurses not accepted for this position

This position is ideal for experienced home health RNs comfortable with electronic documentation systems and managing a moderate patient load in a travel assignment setting.
