Registered Nurse - ICU (Travel/Contract)

Location: Dayton, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift options: 36 or 48 hours
• Targeted patient ratio: 1:2
• Unit typically runs 36 beds
• Work involves telemetry, drips, and ventilators
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays
• Floating required: may float within specialty clusters and nearby campuses (within ~15 miles)
• Travel experience preferred but not required; first-time travelers accepted
• EPIC experience required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of CVICU experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system

Additional Notes

• Ohio nursing license not required to be in hand at time of signing
• Overtime paid after 48 hours on 48-hour contracts
• Employer reserves the right to cancel shifts or contract with notice
• Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives
• Must complete medical questionnaire for respiratory protection prior to orientation
• Fingerprinting not required for this unit
• Candidate must submit all required documentation prior to start date
