• Physical Therapist
• Outpatient coverage with float scope to Acute Care and SNF

Contract

• Travel/Contract
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
• Hours: 40 per week
• Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatrics
• Adolescents

Schedule and Work Expectations

• No on-call
• No weekends
• No block schedule
• Locals not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• RTO based on request

Facility Setting

• Critical Access Hospital
• Acute Care Medical Center / Long Term Care Facility / Outpatient
• Level IV Trauma
• 46 acute care beds
• 22 LTC beds
