X-Ray Technologist (Radiology Technologist) - AM Shift
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4-10 hour shifts)
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation required
Job Requirements
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
- Radiology Technician with at least 2 years of experience
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ARRT certification
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio X-Ray Technologist license (must be verified 30 days prior to assignment start)
- ARRT certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA standard)
- Current physical/health statement (within 1 year)
- Proof of immunizations or immunity for:
- MMR (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; booster requirements if negative/equivocal)
- Varicella (2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; booster requirements if negative/equivocal)
- Hepatitis B (series of 3, positive titer, or declination accepted; booster or declination if negative/equivocal)
- TB test completed within 30 days prior to start (2-step skin test or QuantiFERON/T-Spot; chest x-ray if past positive)
- Annual Fit Test for N95 respirators or PAPR (3M N95 1860S, 1870+, or PAPR) required for direct patient care
- Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start (7-year county and national, SSN trace, sex offender, OIG, SAM, OFAC)
- 9-panel drug screen completed within 90 days prior to start (marijuana removed; must repeat with any break in service)
- Two professional references from a charge nurse or higher within the last 2 years
- Highest level of education verification (transcripts or 3rd party verification accepted)
- Recent color badge photo (taken within past 6 months, no selfies or filters, solid background)
- Current skills checklist completed within 12 months prior to start, specific to position
- Internal competency checklist to be completed within 2 weeks after start date (regulatory compliance skills)
- Annual compliance training module completion certificate (valid through 11/5/26)
- I-9 E-Verify attestation
Additional Information
- Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended during flu season (10/1/25 – 3/31/26); exemptions considered case-by-case
- Tdap vaccine is optional unless working with pediatric or infant populations
- Driver’s license or valid government-issued ID required for submission (address must match profile)
