- Sacramento, California
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week
Setting
- Inpatient only
- Primarily skilled nursing facility, with training to float to inpatient acute care
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification
- 2 years of experience
- New graduates may be considered with 6 months of experience in acute care or skilled nursing
- Able to work independently and perform transfers
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work closely with an interdisciplinary team
Schedule / Coverage
- Every other weekend
- First to float
- May be required to cover multiple stations
- Holidays possibly required
Additional Notes
- 2 supervisor references required at submittal
- Copy of driver’s license required at submittal to validate legal name
- Candidates must not have been directly employed by any associated facility within the past year
- No rehab aides, OTAs, or PTAs
