Location: Albany, Georgia

Assignment Details

17-week contract
ASAP start
12-hour evening shifts
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Trauma ER - Emergency Room (5 years of experience)
Trauma ER - Emergency Room experience within the last year
ED - Emergency Department experience
Experience in Charge roles
BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
CPI
ASLS or NIHSS
At least 1 travel assignment experience
Driver's License
Experience with MEDITECH

Preferred

Meditech experience

Work Environment

Emergency department setting
Approx. 180–200 visits per day
Patient mix includes pediatrics through geriatrics, trauma, neuro trauma, ortho, and CVA
1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
Charge nurse present
Nurse aides/paramedics present
Safety sitters used
Dedicated respiratory therapy support available 24/7
Pharmacy support available 24/7
Central monitoring techs present

Orientation

2 shifts of floor-specific orientation
ORT must be completed during week 1 unless approved before start date

Additional Notes

Caribbean blue scrubs only
Driver’s license address must be included with submission
75-mile radius rule applies
