Overview
- Travel/contract role in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
- Rotates between BBMP Nuc Med and Main Campus Nuc Med departments.
- Rotating call is required; weekends and holidays are call only.
- Floating includes General Nuc Med and Cardiology.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience.
- BLS.
- NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certification.
- SCQRSA state license in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography.
- Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency.
- Experience with:
- Bone scans (whole body and 3 phase)
- HIDA scans
- GI Bleed
- Lymphoscintigraphy
- Parathyroid imaging
- Thyroid uptake
- Renal scans with Lasix
- Lung scans
- MUGA scans
- WBC infection imaging
- MPI stress tests
Preferred
- ARRT(CT)
- B.S. or B.A.
Additional Notes
- Start date is 2–3 weeks from offer.
- Block scheduling may be accommodated with prior approval, but is not guaranteed.
- Radius rule applies at 60 miles.
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application.
- Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
- Epic is used for charting.
- Teal top and black bottom scrubs.
