Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 13–26 week assignment
- 8-hour day/evening shifts
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
- No on-call requirement
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Wisconsin
- Pharmacy Technician (2 years of experience)
- Pharmacy Technician experience within the last year
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an Inpatient setting
- Sterile compounding experience
Schedule
- Primary shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Secondary shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Start Date
- Accepts 9/14 and 9/21 start dates
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Background check within 90 days before start
- Wisconsin caregiver screening within 90 days before start
- WI BID form
- E-Verify
- Employment application
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Annual skills checklist
- Drug screen within 45 days of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Tdap documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Varicella documentation or exemption
- MMR documentation or exemption
- Physical exam
- Fit mask completed onsite
Additional Notes
- National certification is preferred, not required
- No on-call requirement
