Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 13-week assignment
- 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Day/evening schedule with weekend and holiday coverage
- No on-call requirement
Schedule
- Primary shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Secondary shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Wisconsin
- 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Pharmacy Technician experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Sterile compounding experience

- Accepts 9/14 and 9/21 start dates

- Background check
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and BID form
- E-Verify

- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Annual skills checklist
- Drug screen required for pharmacy department roles
- TB screening and questionnaire
- MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation or approved exemptions
- Tdap documentation
- Physical exam
- Fit mask completed onsite
- Photo for badge
Additional Notes
- Weekend and holiday coverage is required
