Job Overview

Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 14 weeks

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Kentucky
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
NIHSS
ENPC or PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Work Expectations

No trauma level I experience is required
First-time travelers with level I ER experience are accepted
Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted
Requests for time off longer than 1 week are generally not approved unless there is a special circumstance
