Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
  • Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Driver's License
  • Work history/resume
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • License verification
  • 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
  • Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
  • Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months

Assignment Details

  • May float within the same discipline across local campuses
  • Interdisciplinary team role providing professional and clinical care to patients
  • Deconditioned, post-op, and post-hospitalization patient population
  • Orientation occurs every Monday
  • Traveler will be required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day

Preferred

  • At least 1 completed travel contract
  • Epic experience
