Travel nursing; temp-to-perm opportunity

Schedule

Day shift
Flexible start time: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
38 hours per week

Assignment Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Jersey
BLS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
5 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting
Electrophysiology Lab experience
Experience in a critical care setting
Experience in manager roles
5 years of management experience
Experience managing large volume, 4-5 labs minimum

Role Overview

Lead daily operations of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Manage operating and capital budgets
Support quality assurance, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
Help drive service line growth and expansion of procedure rooms
