Screens and evaluates patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
Develops and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress
Provides skilled rehabilitation treatment, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive or assistive devices
Documents treatment and discharge information in the electronic documentation system
Communicates patient progress and treatment plans with the care team
Participates in required meetings, trainings, in-services, and conferences
May supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students
